About On-site Courses
What Are On-site Courses?
The Department of Engineering Professional Development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison annually conducts more than 400 continuing education short courses. We can deliver many of these courses at your site, with the same faculty, course materials and content. We can also tailor courses to meet your organization's specific needs.
Train More for Less!
In many cases, you can train a number of people on-site for less total cost. Lower registration fees, minimal travel costs and less time away from work make this option attractive for organizations with a number of people who need training.
Minimum Attendees Needed:
With a minimum of 8-10 people from your organization, we may be able to bring a course to your site as an open, public course. With 15-20 people from your organization, we can usually offer a course exclusively for your personnel.
