Parking in and around UW-Madison Campus
Campus-area visitor parking is very limited. University "Paid Permit Area" lots are generally not available to conference attendees. We recommend you leave your car at your hotel, since most are within walking distance or provide shuttle service. All the hotels provide free parking for overnight guests. If you plan to park at a hotel, do not return the parking request form you will receive with your registration confirmation materials.
If you would like to park on campus, a limited number of reserved parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please fill out and return the parking request form received with your confirmation materials, with your check, at least 10 days prior to the program to ensure processing time. (Parking permits are not available to conference attendees on a walk-in basis.)
The public Lake Street Parking Ramp is located within two blocks of The Pyle Center and The Lowell Center. This lot does not require registration, but often fills by 10:00 a.m. or sooner. For information regarding campus parking, contact the University Transportation Office at 608-263-6666.
