This three-day course will help you understand the application of time-based process maps, swim lane process maps, along with preparing you with the knowledge and skills to electronically create, save, edit, and update value stream maps. The course includes an overview, demonstration, and hands-on exercise covering: material flow, information flow, data collections, standardization, calculations, visualization of VSM data, Kaizens, A3, and future state maps.
