This entry-level course will introduce the base system architecture and function that are the foundation of signal and train control systems. You’ll benefit from this course if you are not an expert in the train control and signaling field, but are currently working with railroads (or plan to be) and desire to develop a basic understanding of how signal systems are configured (designed) in order to safely support a desired operation. This is not an advanced course focusing on rigorous mathematics, logic, theory, and research.
