AudienceThis course focuses on the introductory knowledge and basic skills necessary for successful scheduling of construction projects. It will thus benefit staff members assigned scheduling responsibilities. For managers, it also offers a perspective on the scheduling process and its integration with other project responsibilities. To benefit the most, you should be familiar with basic algebra and have an understanding of the building construction process.
